At Dallas Avenue Jet Ski, we strive to provide the best possible experience on the water. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to all our customers, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Cancellations & Refunds
- Free Cancellation: You may cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before your scheduled ride time for a full refund.
- Late Cancellations (within 48 hours): Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled ride are non-refundable.
- No-Shows: If you do not show up for your reservation without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
- Same-Day Bookings: All same-day reservations are non-refundable.
Weather Policy
- Unsafe Weather Conditions: If Dallas Avenue Jet Ski must cancel your ride due to unsafe weather (lightning, high winds, heavy rain), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
- Light Rain or Overcast Conditions: Rentals will still proceed. Refunds will not be issued for minor weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by staff.
Rescheduling
- Rescheduling is allowed once, if requested at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
- Last-minute reschedule requests (within 24 hours) will be handled case-by-case and may not be guaranteed.
Late Arrivals
- Please arrive 15-20 minutes early for check-in and safety briefing.
- Late arrivals (more than 15 minutes past start time) may result in shortened ride time or cancellation without refund.
